About Richard Howell
As a director, manager, consultant, trainer, and coach, Rick has been recognized for his work with assisting businesses and employees achieve success with positive and measurable results. For over 30 years through his collaboration with leadership, teams, and individuals, he has designed and implemented corporate training programs, managed change management initiatives, and developed action plans to support organizational strategic goals and objectives. And, as both a business and life transformational coach, he has consistently assisted clients in preparing for and making positive transitions in their professional and personal lives with a specific focus on successfully achieving a rewarding and joyful lifestyle. In addition, as a Cancer Survivor, he also works with those who are dealing with or have survived Cancer and are interested in moving forward with their lives.

an undergraduate degree from Indiana State University, a master’s degree from Ball State University, advanced studies at Indiana University, and an Organizational Development Certificate from the Linkage / DePaul University Organization Development Program.
In 2011, he founded:
The Southern California Association for Learning & Organization Development Professionals, an online networking group to support thought partnering and the development of Learning and OD practitioners.

He served as President and Co-Founder of Enriching My Life, providing three distinct opportunities for Baby Boomers to expand and enhance their lives: one-stop educational and experiential workshops, upscale retreats offering an exploration of areas for personal growth, and enriching travel adventures presenting global opportunities to give-back within a community, workplace, or culture.
My Approach
Rick’s coaching style is grounded in the belief that the single most important aspect of his approach is the client. Therefore, he provides opportunities for his clients to learn about their individual personalities helping them to better understand what drives and motivates them. And, while it may not always be easy to embrace their true passions and motivators, the outcomes they achieve through this discovery process is always constructive. Next, he helps them to maximize their untapped potential and to identify career possibilities to determine their best path forward to accelerate their careers in a positive, productive, and satisfying direction.
At an early age people are often told what they should do with their life and may spend the rest of their life following that path. Yet, people change with age. Baby Boomers may explore new paths since they’ve already had long, fulfilling careers and no longer feel the need to follow a specific career track while Millennials often look for a more secure career path. Therefore, because every client is unique, Rick ensures his approach and coaching style helps each client discover their career path and to live the life they truly desire.
The road his clients follow may not go as originally planned and they might end up where they never though they would be. But whatever career goal they ultimately follow, Rick will be there to help them reach it.
